Electronic Document Guidelines

Preferred: Vector documents (i.e. Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand) with fonts included or with fonts converted to outline (Mac documents MUST have fonts converted to outline).

Acceptable: Raster images (i.e. TIFF, JPEG, BMP) in either bitmap, grayscale, RGB or CMYK.

*Files submitted in a full color format (RGB, CMYK) must be four color separated and will require a minimum of four screens.

Unacceptable: Files downloaded from the internet.

Platforms: We are IBM compatible but will except Macintosh files provided they have the correct extensions.

*All above file formats are UP TO the program version listed.

Other File Types Accepted: .BMP .EPS .GIF .JPEG .TIFF .WMF

Types of Media Supported: 3.25" floppy, Zip100 disk, CD-ROM, email with zipped files
